SANTA FE CHICKEN .........Two 5 oz. chicken breasts, seasoned with our secret blend of seasonings & dried chilis, then char-broiled. Topped with a mild Anahein Chili, our mild red chili sauce and melted cheeses. This is placed over a bed of fajita style vegetables, and served with Spanish Rice, refried beans and flour tortillas. 15.99

CAMARONES ENCHILADAS ......Two corn tortillas stuffed & rolled with Montery Jack cheese, baked in our white cream mushroom sauce. These enchiladas are covered with generous portion of bay shrimp and served with Spanish rice and refried beans. 15.99

ARROZ con POLLO ........Boneless chicken sauteed with fresh mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and lemon. Flamed in sherry and simmered in it's own tomato-lemon-enchilada cream style sauce. Served on a bed of Spanish rice with refried beans and flour tortilla. Dinner includes a tossed green salad. 15.99

CHICKEN MOLE....... Our mole is like no other...We were frustrated trying to find a real mole... so we created our own version! This is prepared per order in a sautee pan... chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and then fused with our blend of spices, hints of chili, Imported Mexican Chocolate, cinnamon. An explosion of flavors!! Be forewarned that this is not the typical brown gravy mole... it is Santiago's!!! But first you start with a tossed green dinner salad. 15.99

SANTIAGO'S STEAK DINNER..... it took us years to understand that if you are going to do a steak dinner, you get the best cut of beef irregardless of cost. We never thought of ourselves as a steak house, but.... We now proudly serve a 12 ounce Rib Eye of primo quality. CHICANO STEAK DINNER ......HOT & SPICY!!! (consider you have been warned) Our pride, a 12 ounce Rib Eye steak highly seasoned with various chilis then char-broiled.
