TOSTADOS & CHIMIS
Our tostado and chimis are very similar. They both have "our style" refried beans, fresh shredded lettuce, sour cream, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, tomatoes, black olives, and your choice of taco style beef or shredded chicken breast meat.
The difference is that our tostado is built on a crisp corn tortilla $ 7.99
Our chimi is a larger version on a flat crisp flour tortilla $ 8.99. Guacamole on either, add $ 1.25
CHALUPA Beef or Chicken
A large crisp flour tortilla, shaped like an open clam shell, filled with all the ingriedients of our chimi except that we omit the beans and guacamole is standard issue. $ 7.99
FRESH FISH TOSTADO another house specialty inspired by fish tacos, but determined by Santiago's to out-due all others!!
Fresh cod poached in lemon butter, placed atop our tostado with bay shrimp, lemons and cilantro. Servewd with our Pico de Gallo. We kept the beans off this one and combined our chimi and tostado shells with molten cheeses for the base. $ 10.99

Choice of chicken breast or1/3 pound of beef patty char-broiled with melted cheese and bacon, all the trimmings and steak fries. We also offer a Southwest version of Anahiem chili, guacamole, grilled onions and peppers... just order it "Santa Fe Style" $7.99
