Quesadilla Supreme a 12 inch flour tortilla fried crisp with shredded chicken breast meat and cheese, baked like a pizza and then topped with tomatoes, olives, green onions, sour cream and guacamole.

Shrimp Quesadilla an 8 inch flour tortilla fried crips and baked with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Then topped with tomatoes, green onions, olives, lemon, cilantro and a generous portion of Bay Shrimp. Sour cream and Guacamole served on the side.

Deep Fried Ice Cream yes we deep fry this traditional dessert. We form vanilla ice cream balls and coat them with honey roasted nuts, corn flakes, sugar and cinnamon. Your choice of topping: hot fudge or strawberries, both topped with whip cream.
