Santiago's uses only the freshest of ingredients, preparing everything from scratch using the healthiest cooking methods. Our refried beans are not refried!! Refried means cooking again in a pot of boiling lard.... we feel that this is unhealthy and do not allow lard on property! Santiago's uses real dairy products..no imitations. Our sauces and salsas are all homemade from our own recipes. We do not believe in preservatives.. if you can not serve it fresh, it should not be served at all. Our reputation reflects our standards of quality prepared meals and generous portions. It is said that you can not please everybody, but at Santiago's we come as close as it gets. Enjoy!
