To everyone else, we will do our best, to provide the best, to all our guests, equally and fairly. We respect each and every customer's dining environment, and we have guidelines to insure that everyone is respected professionally.

"Limited Reservations" We reserve only our large tables for parties of 5 or more guests. Those reservations will be held for 15 minutes. Failure to show within reservation time forfeits that reservation. Physically, we can not seat parties of more than 24 guests at one table. Sorry we do not have private banquet rooms.

Special Event Nights (such as Capital Theatre, Proms, Conventions, Sporting Events) Santiago's will be very busy, unfortunately we will not be able to serve all our guests within the limited time prior to the Special Event. Therefore, in respect to all customers on our "waiting list", we will enforce guidelines that we feel are respectful to all:

1) We will only seat parties when all of their members are present. This avoids the "holding" of a table while waiting for others to arrive. It is unfair to our guests that are ready to dine, to have to prolong their wait for someone who is not even on property.

2) "Sneaky Reservations" made under false pretense to qualify as a party of 5 or more, will be forfeited. The party will be fairly addressed in order of their arrival among all other non reservation guests.

3) "Camping Out" will be addressed in event that there are guest-to waiting to be sat for dinner. The phrase "Campers" is labeled to individuals who have completely finished their dining experience, with no desire for any further food or beverage service. Yet they remain table side for extended periods of time, as though they intend to camp the night. We appreciate guests that enjoy our restaurant. But in respect to other guests on our Waiting List, please vacate within a timely manner. Remember that some evening, you might be the hungry one that is waiting, and can not understand why someone is just sitting at the table doing nothing but taking up space!! Unfortunately, we have had guests miss their dinner, so that they would not miss their show.

Mexican Food is enhanced with varieties of garnishments: green onions, black olives, tomatoes, sour cream, peppers & chilis. Please specify your likes / dislikes at time of ordering.

Vegetarians... there are many degrees of definition. At Santiago's we mean No meat, No chicken, No seafood. However, eggs, sour cream and cheese are enjoyable!!! Please be specific of your preferences... remembering that "No cheese" does not imply No dairy products!

We will gladly separate checks, but please remember that cashiering will take time. (Imagine being 10th in line at a grocery store!) If you are in a hurry, please consider "one pay". We will gladly supply you with an itemized guest check for your later individual settlements.

A TIP is to be earned, it is not an entitlement. We will not enforce the industry standard of charging an automatic 15% on large parties. We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with prompt professional service. We are hopeful that you will recognize this service with a respectful gratuity. Should the service be less than your expectations, please notify management.
